This light-filled corner apartment had great bones but was missing a sense of soulful depth. We saw the potential to elevate this pied-à-terre into something truly captivating.

From a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry to the main living areas grounded by timeless dark chevron parquet flooring, we drew inspiration from the surrounding landscape—the serene blues and greens of the lake, the earthy terracottas of the rooftops to the ever changing foliage. These hues formed a calm, neutral palette that flows seamlessly through the space, reflected in the fabrics, furnishings, curated travel treasures, and art.

Our design blends custom designed LCI pieces with vintage finds, all serving as a backdrop to showcase much cherished artwork. The result is a cohesive and inviting space where every wall tells a story, echoing the owner's passion for art in every corner.
